Kevin Baer – Managing Partner
Kevin’s business career has spanned 27 years of professional experience in Senior Executive leadership roles, coaching, training, speaking and writing. His burning passion for transformation of performance effectiveness permeates every aspect of the company.
Kevin has held various key executive positions in industries such as performance coaching, business services, staffing and recruitment, internet, and sales training. He works extensively in both the private and public sectors helping local, regional and global organizations in such industries as manufacturing, high tech, energy, healthcare and finance.
Kevin’s high-velocity approach to executive coaching and energetic delivery style generates a fast-paced learning environment and accelerated results. He is constantly “pushing the envelope” with participants and challenging them to transform out of their ordinary comfort zones and break through into new realms of performance. Extraordinary new outcomes get produced – at levels beyond what was previously considered probable or even possible.
Kevin is known for his unique ability to combine humor with edgy, hard-charging coaching. He does not shy away from those “critical conversations” that make the biggest difference for people. He is able to both engage and challenge at the same time. His personal style engages participants through his use of wit, humor, story telling and analogies.
In 1999 Kevin founded Mpact Group, a Houston-based firm focused on effectiveness and performance transformation. The firm has three areas of focus: executive coaching, leadership development and sales performance .
Vaughn Rachal – Senior Partner
Vaughn’s 25 year sales career is diversed in multiple sales disciplines including direct and indirect sales, alliances, business development, and marketing. His sales career began in 1981 with Xerox Corporation selling network solutions; his success lead to him being recruited and working for other industry leaders including IBM, Lotus Development, Baan, Nynex Business Systems, and Williams Communications/iBEAM. Through these opportunites he gained four years of international business experience, served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for two successful IPO’s, and founded a web communications company.
Over the last four years Vaughn has brought his knowledge and passion for building revenue generation engines to large, medium, and small businesses. He helps companies align the efforts of sales, marketing, and customer service to improve their ability of clients to find, gain, and keep customers. He has been a speaker at technology conference such as Lotusphere Europe, Digital Detroit, and CRM Forum leading audience to explore new possibilities of leveraging technology coupled with process to sales improve performance.
Vaughn is on the Board of Directors for the Youth Development Center, a non-profit organization that inspires, equips, guides urban youth to LIVE! (www.ydc.org). He is a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, rides motocross, and is an avid golfer. He lives with his wife of 17 years, Susan and their two sons in his native hometown, Houston, TX.
Scott Klososky – Senior Partner
Scott Klososky, a former CEO of three successful startup companies, is passionate about shaking up the status quo around the way we build teams and set strategic directions. His programs are known for delivering fresh observations, ideas, and practical steps that organizations can use to restructure teams, create strategy that works and apply technology in impactful ways. His keynotes are riveting and his workshops instill new concepts that can be applied immediately to maximize results.
Through keynotes and workshops, Scott’s unique ideas and solutions lead groups to make significant changes in both how they organize and nurture team members and the tools provided. His promise is to share ideas that cause people to think long and hard about the painful effects of inertia and how we have allowed the way things have always been done to warp the way things could be, in order to create positive change. Scott works with companies and associations that want to create an inspired environment for leaders and employees through the application of innovative cultural practices, entrepreneurial spirit and creative technology application.
